If you have read my blog at all, you know that I LOVE a good bargain. I wasn't even looking for this Color-a-Cookie Kit. I just happened to walk by the Valentine's clearance at Wal-Mart and noticed the food markers!
That's right. Any good bento making mama realizes this has nothing to do with the cookies. It's all about the food markers. And since these cookies say, "I love you" they are not specific enough to Valentine's Day in my mind. I love my kids everyday!
And they didn't seem to care either. They got right to work (after bath) decorating their cookies. Ty (2 years old) even put some thought into coloring his bear. It had brown feet. Then he got a bit antsy and just started coloring everywhere.
We have never had SCENTED food markers before and this pack came with a chocolate one. It smelled yummy!
Notice how much detail and thought my little Reba puts into everything. She is such a creative child!
